Overview
Ghandruk is a Rural Municipality in the Kaski District of the Gandaki Provience of Nepal. Positioned at a distance of 32 km north-west to pokhara, the village is readily accessible by public motorcars and private hacks from the parochial headquarter. Ghandruk is a common place for journeys in the Annapurna range of Nepal. The peaks of Mt Annapurna, Mt Machapuchare, Mt Gangapurna and Mt Hiunchuli can be seen from the village, and it’s also the gateway to the Poon Hill. Gurung communities compromise the major occupants of the village.
